Landing a stack of wilds on either of the 3 middle reels in the base game triggers the Beer Tower feature.

The stacked wilds turn into a Beer Tower Wild, and you then get 3 respins as the tower moves one step downwards per spin. The beer tower can get refilled after the 3 initial respins at random times, which retriggers the feature.

The Bonus Round triggers from 3 scatters, and you start by making a pick from 3 available coasters on the bar. This determines which of the 3 possible wild features you get in the bonus round, and these are dropping wilds, sticky wilds and expanding wilds.

You get 8 free spins if you pick the sticky wilds feature, 10 if you get the dropping wilds, and 12 FS if you pick the expanding wilds. However, you get 4 or 10 extra spins on top of that if you trigger the bonus round with 4 or 5 scatters, respectively.

Sticky wilds are pretty self-explanatory, and they remain in place for the duration of the feature. Dropping wilds, which tend to land in stacks, drop down one position per spin, while expanding wilds fill the whole reel they appear on.

A Collection Bar above the reels accumulate Collector Symbols, and 4 is enough to increase the multiplier and award +5 extra spins.

The win multiplier increments up to x20, and you get no more collector symbols after that.

The Bonus Buy feature is available in some jurisdictions, but not in the UK for sure. The outdoor setting was kind of refreshing, as many similar releases take you into a typical rustic German tavern. Nothing wrong with the latter, by any means, but getting some fresh air (even if only virtually so) does make this Oktoberfest installment stick out a bit. The visuals are decent overall, with beer mugs of different kinds taking center stage in the base game.

The bonus round takes you inside a bierstube, and the coaster pick keeps you guessing each time. All 3 wild feature extras are capable of helping you close in on the 5,000x potential, and decent payouts can also come from the beer tower wild respins feature in the base game. The bonus round multiplier is your best helper for larger payouts though, and getting plenty of extra spins didn’t seem all that hard.
