‘Setting the standard in education and care’
Next Steps Early Learning Centre (Next Steps) is a new, state of the art, independent, 156 place child care and early learning centre opened in January 2018. The Centre has currently completed the construction on 5,800sqm of prime open land in Waurn Ponds, Geelong. The centre is adjacent to lovely bushland, large grassed areas and an open field, close to the Epworth Hospital and community areas which the staff and the children of all ages will explore throughout the year within the educational program.
This is an exciting opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced Early Years staff to put their mark on the centre from the outset. We have many benefits to offer our staff including external counselling for you and your family, free on-site parking, public holidays off, wages at least 10% above award, a centre assistant to help all the rooms with washing, after meal clean up in the room, etc. And on-going training courses and support.
Understanding of contemporary early years and best quality practices are key success factors, a high degree of competency in the area of building strong relationships with our families and the children are at the centre of our program decisions.
